To ensure the finest barbeque, Boss Hawg’s slow-smokes over
select native hardwoods and charcoal. We buy only the finest, freshest
meats, and we make all of our own sides from scratch— including
cooking the potatoes for our potato salad each day. These things
may take a little more time and cost a little more, but we feel
they are important.
